Acer the world leader in netbook category today announced US availability of the new 10.1-inch Aspire One AOD150. The new netbook comes with 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 resolution screen, 1GB DDR2 RAM, integrated Intel GMA 950, 160GB hard drive, multimedia card reader, WiFi b/g and webcam.
The Aspire One comes with a six-cell battery that will last up to six hours on one charge. It is based on Windows XP and comes preinstalled with software like Acer eRecovery Management, Acer Launch Manager, Adobe Reader, McAfee Internet Security Suite and Trial Microsoft office. The Aspire One AOD150 measures 10.2” x 8.0” x 1.31” and weighs 2.95 pounds. You can order the 10.1-inch Aspire One now on Amazon for $349.99.
