AMD posted a video on YouTube comparing performance of their upcoming AMD Accelerated quad-core A8-3510MX processor and Intel Core i7-2630QM 2.0GHz processor. The video focuses on graphics performance and power consumption, and shows that the AMD processor easily outperforming the Intel Core i7 processor. It’s no surprise because when it comes to graphics Radeon HD 6620M GPU on AMD chip is any day better than Intel HD 3000 GPU. However, it will be interesting to see how AMD’s upcoming processor stacks up when it comes to general computing or day-to-day use. Also, Intel Core i7 2630QM is available now, whereas AMD’s A8-3510MX processor won’t ship till second half of this year.
