Next Gen iPhone to Offer White Front Panel Option and iPhone on Verizon to Support Simultaneous Voice and Data

Photos posted by Taiwanese website Apple.pro show that the next gen iPhone will offer both black and white front panel options. Currently, Apple’s iPhone 3GS ship with white back option, but the front of the device has the same black glass finish as the regular black model. And, if the photos leaked today are real it will be the first time that Apple will ship a complete white iPhone model, which we are sure will be way better looking than the current patched-up white iPhone 3GS.

In other iPhone news, BGR is reporting that when iPhone for Verizon ships it will offer simultaneous voice and data. Verizon’s present CDMA network supports either voice or data transfer at a give time, users can’t make a call and surf web together on CDMA network, as the network is not capable of handling but voice and data simultaneously. One of our Verizon guys hit us up with some pretty interesting news. We have been told that when the mythical Verizon iPhone materializes, assuming it’s not a LTE unit, it might launch with VoRA; Voice over Rev. A. According to our source, Verizon has been testing VoRA as a precursor to VoLTE, and as long as the network upgrade timeline and iPhone release are aligned, we should see this happen. If it happens.

Even though, there is a significant increase in rumors about iPhone for Verizon around the blogosphere for past few months, our sources say that next month’s iPhone announcement will only be about GSM version (iPhone for AT&T).
