Creative has launched the Aurvana Air earphones with champagne-gold finishing and polished metal accent. The earphones feature “EaseFit” ear-hook made with lightweight Flexnium – a Nickel-Titanium alloy (Shape Memory Metal) that offers flexible and robust design. The ear-hooks are coated with inert material for those who are sensitive to Nickle.

The Aurvana Air has won the prestigious 2009 Red Dot Award for Product Design. According to Creative, the earphones not only look good but also offer exceptional audio performance. Neodymium magnet drivers with ultra-slim high performance diaphragms power the earphones and they feature acoustically tuned Bass-Slots offering tight and extended bass. Specifications for the earphones are 15.5mm Neodymium magnet driver, frequency response 20Hz-20kHz, impedance 32ohms and Sensitivity 102dB/mW.

The earphones definitely look good but they are priced $199.99, for that price range you can easily get earphones with dual drivers dedicated for tweeter and woofer like Ultimate Ears 700.
