Asus today unveiled the new Eee Pad MeMO 3D designed to be an alternative take on the 10-inch tablet that is fast becoming a standard size. The MeMO 3D has a 7-inch touchscreen that can also be used with the supplied stylus for note taking in portrait orientation, plus a unique glasses free 3D display mode for entertainment. The Android Honeycomb based tablet will have 1024 x 600 resolution screen and come with MeMIC Bluetooth hands-free headset. Asus plans to ship the tablet in Q4 2011 and no word on price yet.
