Monster has introduced two new in-ear headphones – Gratitude that is tuned to faithfully reproduce the true harmonics of live music and iSport Immersion that is designed specifically for athletes.

Monster Gratitude In-Ear headphones were created in alliance with legendary band Earth, Wind & Fire. They have a specially engineered noise isolation architecture that allows the earpiece to rest more comfortably and deeper within the wearer’s ear canal resulting in better audiophile sound. The headphones also features ContorlTalk headphone cable for user with smartphones and iPods. Monster Gratitude in-ear headphones will ship in September 2011 and no word on price yet.

The second headphone iSport Immersion that Monster introduced is designed specifically for athletes with a proprietary in-ear clip providing a secure comfortable fit while exercising. The headphones feature a special adjustable ear pipe on the headphone housing. Because the angle of the ear pipe is fully adjustable it contours to the unique angles of each ear, helping create a perfect seal when combined with the variety of included ear tips. The headphones are also washable allowing sports enthusiasts to focus on what they’re doing – not on whether they should be protecting their headphones.

Monster claims that “Like all Monster headphones the super tough iSports are designed to deliver unprecedented levels of headphone audio performance with extreme clarity, deep bass and full power that had been lacking in conventional headphones.” The headphones also feature ControlTalk for user with iPods and iPhones.

The Monster iSport Immersion in-ear headphones, available in blue or black colors are scheduled for availability in July 2011 for $179. Check out the video below in which Monster executive demos that iSport headphone washing.
