Yesterday, it was Financial Times that reported Apple is racing to offer a portable, full-featured tablet-sized computer in time for the Christmas shopping season. Today, it is a Taiwanese news site revealing names of some of the component suppliers for the upcoming product that will be announced in September.

According to the Taiwanese website, Wintek Corp will supply the touchscreen for the tablet, which should measure 9.7-inches. Dynapack International Technology Corp will provide batteries and Hon Hai Precision (aka Foxconn) will assemble the device. Dynapack already supplies batteries for some of the Apple products like the iPod, and Foxconn produces iPhone, various iPod models and Mac mini for Apple.

No other information about specifications of the upcoming Apple table were revealed by the website.
