Asustek Launches Eee Storage and Download Services

It was rumored few days ago that Asus plans to add online storage feature to its Eee PC lineup. Today, Asus launched Eee Storage - a 20GB online storage service, and Eee Download service – a download service with around 3,000 free software and games. Asus is planning to expand the service into an online store that will allow users to download music and various multimedia content. Eee storage will allow users to drag and drop files between Eee PC and web storage. Both the services will initially target Chinese language market and will be rolled out for Eee PC family, Asus notebooks and desktop products. Jerry Shen, president of company said the services are designed to add more features for Eee PC users.
