Plantronics Teams with Dolby To Launch GameCom 777 Surround Sound Headphones

Plantronics the company known for their Bluetooth headsets today announced the new GameCom 777 surround sound gaming headphones with Dolby headphone technology. The new headphones will allow users to play PC games, listen to music and watch movies in virtual 5.1 surround sound effects. The GameCom 777 features Dolby Headphone and Dolby Pro Logic II technologies in a plug-and-play USB sound card that digitally processes sound for immersive audio.
Along with Dolby surround sound the headphones also features a unique ‘hide-away’ boom designed to tuck into the headband and turn the headset into pair of high quality headphones. It also has telescoping noise-canceling microphone that provides more accurate positioning for voice clarity.
Besides GameCom 777, Plantronics also introduced GameCom 367 and GameCom377 headphones. All the features on these two headphones match that of GameCom 777, except they don’t have Dolby Surround Sound support.  The GameCom 777 is priced $99.99, GameCom 377 is priced for $49.99 and GameCom 367 is priced $39.99, all three headphones are available now.
