Kevin Rose had posted a video and talked on TWiT about upcoming iPods and iTunes. Today, he has posted more information about iTunes 8 that he got from a source. The post titled "What’s new in iTunes 8" has following information:
iTunes 8 includes Genius, which makes playlists from songs in your library that go great together. Genius also includes Genius sidebar, which recommends music from the iTunes Store that you don’t already have.
With iTunes 8, browse your artists an albums visually with new Grid view; download your favorite TV show in HD quality from iTunes Store; sync your media with iPod nano (4th generation), iPod classic (2nd generation) a iPod touch (2nd generation); and enjoy a stunning new music visualizer.
The above iTunes 8 information feels like the marketing material Apple normally creates for its new products. We will see iTunes 8 and the new iPods in their full glory on September 9th at Apple’s Let’s Rock event. We will be doing live coverage of the event at live.techztalk.com
