A Chinese company Shenzhen L&Y Technology Co., has already started manufacturing of cases for yet unannounced next generation iPhone 5. The new cases are designed for a thinner device with tapered sides and teardrop form factor.

The new cases are available in number of designs and colors. The cases show change in mute button location that has been moved to the right side of the device from its current location just above volume control buttons on the left of the iPhone 4.

The volume buttons are also changed they are now elongated in shape like iPhone 3GS rather than round on the current iPhone 4. Overall, the cases show a thinner device that is wider and longer than current iPhone and has a teardrop design that is thinner at the bottom and slightly thicker on the top. [Via AppleInsider]
