Nintendo today announced the launch date and pricing for their new 3D capable handheld gaming system 3DS. The Nintendo 3DS will first ship in Japan on February 26th, 2011 priced 25,000 yen ($299). It will be available in blue and black colors. Nintendo says that the US and European launch should be by end of March 2011, but they didn’t announce pricing. Nintendo has partnered with Nippon Television and Fuji Television to bring 3D TV content for 3DS users. Nintendo 3DS box will have AC adapter, charger stand, 3DS stylus, six AR cards and 2GB SD memory card, along with the system.
