HP Launches First 13.3-inch Notebook dv3500t

HP today entered the 13.3-inch consumer notebook segment with dv3500t. It is HP’s first consumer notebook to feature 13.3-inch LCD screen. The notebook comes in a unique bronze pattern that extends up to the keyboard. Two feature that HP has added to the notebook, which are uncommon in this price range are dedicated 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS graphics card and a option of selecting LED backlit display for $100 more. The other unique feature on the dv3500t is combo external SATA port that can double as an extra USB port.
HP is trying to establish the notebook as a portable entertainment PC by giving it HDMI 1.3 output and a mini remote. Specification-wise the laptop comes with minimum 2GHz Core 2 Duo processor you can go up to 2.53GHz, 160GB hard drive minimum (up to 400GB), DVD burner, 2GB RAM (Up to 8GB), WiFi, and optional Bluetooth.
