Earlier this year, Samsung introduced two displays specifically designed for use with laptop in Korean market. Today, Samsung announced that both the displays LD220G and LD190N are now available at all leading Samsung retailers in US also.

The LD220G is a 22-inch display with 1920 X 1080 resolution, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 50,000:1 contrast ratio. It uses USB port to connect with the laptop and offer built-in USB hub to add peripherals or additional displays. The Samsung LD220G is available for $249.99.

The smaller LD190N is a 19-inch display with 1360 x 768 resolution. It has the same 250CD/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 50,000:1 contrast ratio as LD220G, but it connects with the laptop using VGA port. The Samsung LD190N is available for $149.99.
