Allerta Inc has announced the new inPulse wristwatch for BlackBerry. The Bluetooth watch is designed to receive handsfree messages and alerts right on your wrist. The inPulse connects wirelessly to your BlackBerry via Bluetooth, instantly alerting you of incoming emails, SMS and calls. It has a built-in vibrating motor, which immediately alerts you of incoming calls.

The inPulse has a 1.3-inch OLED screen, Bluetooth 2. Support, microUSB port for charging and 150mAh lithium ion battery that can last up to 4 days. The watch is basically a remote display for your BlackBerry, as all of the settings including watch’s own time and alarms are handled by an application on BlackBerry. The inPulse is available for pre-order and it is priced $149. Allerta will start shipping the watch in February 2010 and you can get more information about the watch on Allerta’s website.
