After announcing the IdeaPad S12 with NVIDIA Ion graphics almost six months back, Lenovo has finally started shipping the netbook. Lenovo is offering two models of IdeaPad S12. Both the models come with 1.60GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 256MB NVIDIA Ion graphics, 12.1-inch WXGA display, WiFi b/g, Bluetooth and 6-cell lithium ion battery. The $599 IdeaPad S12 29595FU has 2GB DDR2 RAM and 250GB hard drive, whereas the $649 IdeaPad S12 295954U has 3GB DDR2 RAM and 320GB hard drive.
