Sony didn’t announce any official launch date for their first Android handset, when they introduced it few weeks ago. However, now Sony’s UK online store is pointing towards a February 10th launch date. A pre-registration page on Sony’s website says that the handset is expected to launch on Feb. 10th and if you are interested in this product complete the form, and Sony will keep you updated. The information on the pre-registration page is related to Xperia X10 launch in UK only. No information is yet available about the handset launch in other parts of the world.

In other Xperia X10 related news, hdblog.it has posted video of the phone with much newer software build, which is way faster and more responsive that the one we saw when the phone was launched last month. The 10-minute video below shows various features of the new handset including multimedia and social network integration.
