The P5100 is an update to P5000 and the camera employs the new EXPEED image processor. The camera has 12.1-megapixel sensor, 3.5X zoom, Optical image stabilization, ISO up to 3200 (at 5-megapixel), 2.5” LCD screen, manual focus, 26 shooting modes and 5 white balance settings. The camera supports SDHC and can records movie at 30 frames per seconds. The camera has in-built distortion correction which works real time to correct the live preview as well as stored images. The camera will be available in September for 299 pounds.
