New York Post Reports Apple To Sell Ringtones on iTunes

New York Post Reports that Apple will offer ringtone service, which would allow users to turn almost any song sold or previously purchased through iTunes into a ringtone for a additional fee. The best part of this offer is that user will be able to select any part of the song they want as their ringtones. Wireless carriers normally sell ringtones for about $1.99, if Apple is able to sell both the ringtone and the song for $1.99 it would be a deal. Lets wait and see what Apple announces on Wednesday. And Yes Universal Music won’t participate in the offering (what do you expect from Universal).
