Many websites have reported that Apple has let a few developers get their hands on an early version of the iPhone SDK. The iPhone SDK will be released to the developers in February 2008. There is no information about which companies or develops were the lucky few to get their hands on the SDK. According to sources familiar with the SDK, it will not be same as writing a Mac OS X application and has its clear limits the applications are sandboxed. No other details are known about the iPhone SDK.
