Nikon today officially announced the new D60 DSLR. It comes with 10.2 megapixel CCD sensor, sensitivity up to ISO 3200, 2.5” LCD screen and shutter speed range of 1/4000 of a second to 30 seconds. The D60 has adopted dust reduction system and Active D-Lighting from D300. The D60 comes with Nikon’s Optical stabilization lens AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G Vibration Reduction Lens.  There is no live view LCD or Auto focus system like the new Canon Rebel XSi. The camera will be available next month the price is yet not know but it looks like it will be around Rebel’s $799.
