Ubanana Announces Waterproof uCan MP3 Player for use While SwimmingSubmitted by lalit on May 15, 2008 - 9:23am.
I like Swimming and I have always wished, that I could listen to music while swimming, like I do while running or doing other exercises. But carrying a waterproof case for iPod and using those ugly looking waterproof headphones would have been difficult while swimming. Last year when Motorola released, S9 Bluetooth headphones, I thought an mp3 player of similar shape would be a good solution for my problem. Today, I actually found the solution, when I saw the Ubanana’s uCan waterproof MP3 player. The player comes with only 1GB memory (for half hour swimming its more than enough), waterproof in-ear headphones and a 15 hours battery life. The Mp3 player will float to surface if you loose it while swimming and it’s not that bad looking either. The player is waterproof up to 3-meter depth, that wouldn’t be useful while deep sea diving but is sufficient for regular swimming. The uCan player will ship in July for $150. FeedBurner |
