Mozilla Releases Firefox 3

Mozilla today released the final version of Firefox 3 browser that has been in development for around 2 years. According to Mozilla the new browser will offer significant speed gains, better security and increased reliability. Firefox 3 is available for Mac OS X, Windows (XP and Vista) and Linux in 49 languages. The browser uses the user interface elements of the operating system for more integrated look and feel. Mozilla has done major code overhaul to make the browser faster and more stable. Firefox 3 has the updated Gecko 1.9 engine that improves page load time. Firefox also uses SpiderMonkey for faster JavaScript performance on web 2.0 sites like Yahoo Mail, Google Docs and others.
