T-Moblie will sell iPhone without a contract in Germany to comply with a court injunction. The iPhone without contract will be sold for € 999 (that’s $1500) and will function on networks other than T-Mobile. T-Mobile also said customers can now have SIM lock on their phone removed, including those who have already purchased the iPhone. AT&T in US should start doing this so that people traveling to other countries can use their iPhone with service provider available in those countries. But as we all know that AT&T will not do that because they want us to pay the higher international charges for using iPhone sold with AT&T contract. One big question is will the network depended functions like visual voicemail work the same on other networks as it works on T-Mobile.

Alienware officially announced Area-51 m15x and m17x laptops with 15” and 17” screens respectively. Both the laptops will have Intel Core 2 Duo Extreme processors, NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTX, above 1080p video resolution and 667MHz DDR2 RAM. The 15” model will come with dual hard drives and the 17” will have three hard drives. No details are available right now about the price or date of release but if you give your email address to Alienware website they will inform you as soon as it is available.
